When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, telephone number, postcode or ZIP code, and the home service you are interested in (roofing, gutters, bathroom remodeling, windows, plumbing, HVAC, water damage or pest control).

When you call one of the phone numbers on this website, the call may be routed to a service provider, and information such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the service line you dialled may be recorded.

Like most websites, our server also receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

respond to your quote request or call;
connect you with an independent service provider who may be able to help with your project;
contact you about your request by phone, email or text message;
keep the website secure and prevent spam or fraudulent submissions;
understand how the website is used and improve it.

3. Sharing with service providers

Home Help Live is a referral service, not a contractor. Depending on your request and availability in your area, the information you submit may be shared with participating independent service providers or partners so they can contact you about your project. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time (see section 8).

The quote form uses a session cookie to keep your submission secure. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser.

Some content on this website, such as fonts and images, is loaded from third-party services (for example Google Fonts and Unsplash), which may receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads. We may also use analytics or advertising tools to understand website usage and improve performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

6. How long we keep information

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to respond to your request, meet our legal obligations and resolve disputes, after which they are deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing help@homehelplive.com. Information already passed to a service provider is held by that provider, so you may also need to contact them directly.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
