1. What this website does

Home Help Live provides marketing and referral services. The website helps homeowners explore options for roofing, gutters, bathroom remodeling, windows, plumbing, HVAC, water damage restoration and pest control, and connects them with independent local service providers.

2. We do not perform the work

Home Help Live is not a contractor and does not itself perform repairs, installations, remodels, inspections, maintenance, restoration, pest treatments or emergency services. Any work is carried out by the independent provider you choose to hire.

3. Independent service providers

Service providers are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Home Help Live. Their availability, pricing, licences, insurance, qualifications, warranties and results vary. Any quote, price, guarantee or warranty is offered by the provider, and any agreement for work is between you and that provider.

You are responsible for checking that a provider holds the licences and insurance required for your job before hiring them. Home Help Live may be paid by participating providers for referrals.

4. Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete, and that you will not submit information belonging to another person without their permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is used and shared.

5. Communications

When you submit a request or call a service line, you may be contacted by us or by participating service providers about your inquiry. Calls may be routed directly to a provider. Consent to be contacted is not required to purchase goods or services.

6. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that you will receive a particular price or appointment time, or that any work will resolve your problem. Same-day and 24/7 emergency service depends on provider participation, location, technician availability and demand.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Home Help Live is not responsible for the acts, omissions, work, products or pricing of any service provider, and is not liable for any loss or damage arising from services you obtain from them. The website is provided “as is”.

8. Website availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or fraudulent requests, interfere with how it works, or try to gain unauthorised access to its systems.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
